I recently had the privilege of performing at a Night of Appreciation and Recognition for Lev Layeled, an incredible organization that provides vital support to children from divorced or separated families.
The organization's goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where children can build resilience, develop coping skills, and thrive despite the challenges they face.
Through my performance, I aimed to convey the struggles and pain that these children often face, and the hope and resilience that Lev Layeled helps them discover.
As I took the stage, I wanted to bring to life the emotional turmoil that many of these children experience - the feelings of confusion, anger, and sadness that can come with seeing their family unit torn apart. But I also wanted to highlight the transformative power of Lev Layeled's work, and the ways in which their programs and services can help children heal, grow, and thrive despite the challenges they face.
Through my performance, I sought to honor the tireless efforts of the volunteers who dedicate their time and energy to supporting these children, and to celebrate the impact that Lev Layeled has on their lives. It was an privilege to be a part of this special evening, and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to help shine a light on the incredible work of this organization.
