JCCGCI Presents: Stand By You
In a world where battles are often fought in silence, it’s important to remember that no one should have to walk through the shadows alone. “Stand By You” honors the unbreakable strength of Holocaust survivors—a testament to their courage, resilience, and enduring spirit. Their stories remind us of the power of survival and the will to keep moving forward, no matter the darkness they have faced. As we stand with them, we recognize the light they continue to shine, offering wisdom, hope, and inspiration to the world.
As of early 2025, there are about 10,000 Holocaust survivors in New York City. After all they’ve endured, it’s crucial to ensure they have everything they need. JCCGCI is dedicated to looking after them, providing essential services and support. If you know a survivor, take a moment to reach out—say hello, give them a call, or take them for a walk. A simple act of kindness can bring a smile to their face—and yours.
