The Maccabeats – Perfect Latkes (Potato Pancakes) – Hanukkah

An easy recipe for delicious latkes based on the Maccabeats song "Latke Recipe." Perfect for your Hanukkah party and all year round!

Ingredients: 4 potatoes, 1 onion, salt, pepper, 1 Tbsp flour, 1 pinch of baking powder, 2 eggs, oil for frying, apple sauce
- peel and grate potatoes
- shred onion
- add rest of ingredients and mix well
- heat oil in skillet on medium heat
- press spoonfuls of mixture onto skillet
- fry each side until golden brown
- serve and enjoy - best served with applesauce!
